From Annual Reports to Impact Reports

Beginning with the 2024–2025 reporting year, we shifted from Annual Reports to Impact Reports—placing greater emphasis on the difference our work makes in people's lives and communities. This approach connects our activities and accomplishments with the experiences of the people and Member Centres at the heart of the Independent Living movement.

We continue to refine this transition, strengthening how we capture outcomes, share lived experiences and communicate our progress. Each report is an opportunity to celebrate what we have achieved together, reflect on what we are learning and identify where more work is needed.
